PMPC Electrowinning Metals Recovery System W2023C

As the metal bearing stream enters the IONNET@ cell it is channeled downward through a series of electrolytic chambers each containing an anode and cathode. The metal ions readily adhere to the cathode due to an increase in mass transfer efficiency.  Solids which tend to accumulate during the electrowinning process are contained for convenient draining.

Efficient point source control of metal waste. Can remove up to 12 lbs. of metal per day. OAD: 53″L x 31″W x 42″H. New copper foam pads will be needed to make this unit work properly. Tested.
